 Yoni steamers are a fusion of natural herbs & flowers to promote vaginal self-care and feminine hygiene.

Yoni Steaming has been historically used. It may help cleanse the uterus, release toxins, pH balance, hormonal balance, for fertility conditions, endometriosis, PCOS, cleansing after the menstrual cycle, after childbirth to re-strengthen and tone the reproductive organs, symptoms of PMS, blood clotting during the menstrual cycle, libido boosting, bv, yeast infections, hemorrhoids, to regulate the menstrual cycle, for preventative care and more.  

Steaming 2-3 times per month will leave you feeling fresh & rejuvenated.

Ingredients: Calendula, Chamomile, Raspberry Leaf, Lavender, Oregano, Rosemary, Mugwort, Rosebud

Directions: Empty 1 oz of herbs in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes to ensure steam temperature is mild to avoid burns. Pour into a stainless-steel bowl, disrobe from waist down and sit over bowl for approximately 20-40 minutes. Wrap a large towel or blanket around your waist to contain steam. Avoid steaming while menstruating.
